These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AllergyMemory mobile application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service
AllergyMemory is an allergy and symptom tracking app. It lets you log symptoms, foods, medications and environmental context (pollen, air quality, humidity), view your history and trends, and - where enabled - receive AI-assisted correlation analysis, AI chat and photo-based food recognition. Manual tracking is available free of charge. Certain AI and advanced features are available through a paid subscription, AllergyMemory Premium.
2. Medical disclaimer
AllergyMemory is not a medical device or diagnostic tool. The analyses, correlations, AI explanations and suggestions provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for the diagnosis and treatment of any allergy or medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the app.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. AllergyMemory is not intended for direct use by children under 16; users under 16 must register with parental consent. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions, pricing & free trial
AllergyMemory Premium unlocks AI features and advanced functionality (such as photo food recognition, AI chat, unlimited AI insights, 30/90-day trends and PDF reports). Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with the following plans:
- Monthly - USD 3.99 / EUR 3.99 / TRY 89 per month. No free trial.
- Annual - USD 23.99 / EUR 23.99 / TRY 549 per year, including a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Prices are shown in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region and by changes in App Store / Google Play pricing or local taxes. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Free trial: If you start the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid annual subscription and your account is charged the annual price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
5. Auto-renewal & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price, and the subscription renews for the same period (monthly or annual).
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or App Store > account > Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium access until then. Turning off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends prevents the next charge.
6. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, not by AllergyMemory. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the App Store and Google Play. For iOS, refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Android, through Google Play. We are generally unable to issue refunds directly.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering or interfering with the app, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or uploading content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, is owned by AllergyMemory and protected by intellectual property laws. The data you enter remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Data & privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why, where it is stored (EU servers), and your GDPR rights, including how to delete your account and data. Please review it.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllergyMemory is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information provided by the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
