You can permanently delete your AllergyMemory account and all data associated with it at any time, directly from the app or by contacting us. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open AllergyMemory and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and data are deleted immediately - no waiting period.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account:
We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and login credentials
- Symptom logs, food logs and medication logs
- Environmental data (pollen, air quality, humidity) linked to your account
- Your allergen profile and AI insight history
- Any other profile information
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active AllergyMemory Premium subscription managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel it separately via Settings > Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions (Android) to stop future billing.
